MULTI-VARI ANALYSIS
Multi-vari Analysis is an excellent clue generation tool that effectively isolates the family of variation where the Red X (problem root cause) belongs. Unlike the Fishbone Diagram, the Multi-vari analysis uses real information rather than opinion or guesses. This makes it very effective in the quick isolation of the root cause.
S-DOE allows you to design nested or crossed experiments with up to 4 factors and up to 8 levels for each factor. The software also generates an attractive Multi-vari chart that makes it easier for you to identify the Red X family.

VARIABLE SEARCH DOE
Variable Search DOE is an elegant tool that isolates the important process parameters (variables) that affect(s) the process performance. Unlike other conventional DOE’s that uses aliases, the Variable Search DOE really tests and analyzes each suspected factor making it more powerful yet very convenient to use.
S-DOE allows you to analyze up to 8 suspected parameters in one experiment. It guides you through the four stages of the experiment – from Ball Park to Factorial Analysis. It automatically calculates the decision limits and generates an attractive charts. It also interprets the results for you and recommends the next appropriate steps .

SCATTER PLOT
The Scatter Plot is a technique used to achieve realistic tolerances and specifications. It can be used to optimize the tolerances of an important variable to make it tight enough to achieve better process capability, but loose enough to reduce cost
S-DOE can provide up to 3 regression models with their corresponding goodness-of-fit values. The template automatically calculates and provide the realistic tolerance and specification of an input factor based on the model selected. It also generates an attractive Scatter Plot Chart .

TUKEY TEST
Tukey Test is used to determine if a particular quality parameter is important, with high degree of confidence. It is used in Paired Comparisons and B vs C DOE works as a non-parametric comparative technique
S-DOE allows you to analyze up to 20 factors. It calculates the End-Counts and the Confidence Levels for each factors. It also automatically analyzes and interpret the results for you.

COMPONENT SEARCH
Component Search isolates the component(s) that is causing poor performance to a unit. It is a powerful DOE tool that only requires one good and one bad unit
S-DOE allows you to analyze up to 8 suspected components in one experiment. It guides you through the four stages of the experiment – from Ball Park to Factorial Analysis. FULL FACTORIAL DOE
Similar to Variable Search, the Full factorial DOE also isolates the important from the unimportant factors. However, only the Full Factorial can analyze all the levels of main and interaction effects. Because of this, it can identify the best setting of all important factors.
S-DOE can conduct Full Factorial for up to 4 factors. It automatically generates an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Table that gives the magnitude of all main and interaction effects. It also generates the Factorial Matrix Chart that easily gives the optimum setting of the parameters

B vs C DOE
B vs C is a verification tool used to check if the B (Better) process is statistically better than the C (Current) process. It is used as a simpler alternative to hypothesis tests in verifying the effectiveness of the corrective action. Its simplest version only needs 3 Better and 3 Current samples to verify results with 95% Confidence.
S-DOE allows you to select up to 16 possible combinations of B and C samples with their corresponding confidence levels. This enables you to customize the experiment according to your available samples. S-DOE automatically computes the Tukey Confidence (when applicable ) and interprets the results for you
